Acosta Group is seeking a Sales and Merchandising Representative to drive in-store execution for campaigns across grocery and mass channels in Ottawa. The role emphasizes direct sales, upselling, POS placement, and effective merchandising, with regular tablet reporting and client liaison across assigned stores.

Ideal candidates bring grocery experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting program objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in grocery/mrocery and mass retail is preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight or daily as territory requires.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Available to work on Weekdays, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Assertive selling and in-store execution of weekly program priorities across grocery and mass channels.
• Negotiate sales, place displays, and support promotions and planograms.
• Develop relationships with key retail contacts and maintain territory coverage.
• Execute and deliver retail coverage per plan with efficient call frequency.
• Resolve store-level issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Travel as required to service stores.
