Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Sales and Merchandising Representative to drive in-store execution for Campbell's, B&G and Coke Nutritional Beverage lines across grocery and mass channels. You will lead direct sales, merchandising, and POS activities while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the territory.

The role requires retail sales experience, travel flexibility, and proficiency with Excel. Part-time or flexible weekday hours are possible, with a focus on delivering program

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail/grocery channels.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Highly organized, independent, problem-solver.
• Experience managing a defined territory.
• Willingness to travel (overnight as needed).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access.
• Proven presentation and objection-handling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assertive selling.
• Execute core program fundamentals including sales, negotiating & building displays, and planogram compliance.
• Negotiate sales and secure orders for promotional programs.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and POP materials.
• Develop positive relationships with key retail contacts.
• Deliver retail coverage per plan with efficient call frequency.
• Resolve or escalate store-level issues with urgency.
• Drive distribution of core items and new innovations.
• Possible overnight or daily travel.
