the company is seeking an Expert to deliver in-store experiences, educate visitors on our fitness products and content, and close sales. Reporting to a Store Manager, you will represent the brand and help Members achieve their fitness journey with personalized recommendations.

You will stay current with product lines and content, assist with store activities, and participate in cross-department initiatives. A customer-centric approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric environment with sales/service background.
• Ability to educate customers and close sales while building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to create immersive customer experiences and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to Members.
• Stay current with new products, features and content.
• Help customers find the right product fit for their needs.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals.
• Contribute to store activities including inventory, merchandising, marketing and other duties.
• Engage in cross-department initiatives across Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness and more.
