Knix is preparing to open a brand-new Knix location in Mapleview Shopping Centre, Burlington, and is seeking a Sales Associate to help launch this exciting chapter. You will deliver a warm, inclusive shopping experience, guide customers to the perfect fit, and contribute to a high-performance team focused on hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset, but you’re great with people and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• You’re energized by a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• You are a self-starter who fills the floor open space by engaging with clients or optimizing displays.

Responsibilities

• Create a comfortable, inclusive end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
• Actively listen to customers and guide them to the right Knix products for the perfect fit.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and promotions to support customer decisions.
• Maintain high energy on the floor to ensure a positive in-store experience.
