Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Canada. You will meet customers where they shop inside major retailers, helping them discover a financial product from a trusted brand. Your income combines a base wage with uncapped commission, and training is provided from day one.

The role offers a flexible schedule (9am–9pm, Monday–Sunday) and opportunities for advancement within a leading sales and marketing agency. A vehicle is a plus but not required.

Your Responsibilities

• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data andmaintainstrict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed
