Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is seeking driven, personable individuals to join our in-store sales team in Canada. You will work inside major retailers, guiding customers to discover a financial product from a trusted brand.

If you love face-to-face conversations and want a role where your income reflects your effort, this is for you. You will proactively engage customers, tailor recommendations, become a product authority, and travel to multiple stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client’s credit card products.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed.

Compensation

• Base wage $15.35 plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
