Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is seeking in-store sales representatives to work in major Canadian retailers, advising customers on our client's credit card products. Earn a base hourly wage with uncapped commissions, with training from day one and ongoing coaching.

Positions are permanent full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule (9am–9pm, Monday through Sunday). You will travel across stores in your assigned territory and uphold confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications

In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data andmaintainstrict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed
