Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team across Canada, hiring driven individuals to engage customers inside a major retailer and help them discover a financial product from a trusted Canadian brand.

Base wage is 17.60/hr plus uncapped commission. Permanent full-time or part-time positions are available, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and travel across stores.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and genuinely enjoys meeting people and starting conversations
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; drive and attitude matter more
• Able to pass criminal and credit background checks

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through features and value of credit card products
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make relevant recommendations
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
• Meet and surpass personal sales targets while representing the client brand
• Create positive interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt engagement style to connect with diverse customers
• Develop productive partnerships with retail staff
• Safeguard customer data and maintain confidentiality in every interaction
