In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; attitude matters more.
• Outgoing, confident, and enjoys meeting people and starting conversations.
• Candidates must be willing to undergo criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
• Safeguard customer data andmaintainstrict confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed.

Compensation

• Base wage $17.60/hr plus uncapped commission

• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available

• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
