You will investigate incidents, work with leadership and law enforcement as needed, and uphold provincial regulations while delivering exceptional service and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License.
• Knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada and related legislation.
• Experience with CCTV and surveillance tools.
• Strong communication and professional presence.
• High integrity, accountability and proactive problem-solving.
• Retail security experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Protect & Deter – prevent theft and policy violations with a visible in-store presence.
• Apprehend with Confidence – detain offenders lawfully.
• Investigate & Collaborate – conduct investigations and liaise with law enforcement.
• Reduce Shrink – identify loss trends and implement prevention strategies.
• Support Operations – ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Stay Agile – adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
