Job summary

Scandinavian Building Services in Edmonton is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a contract role ending Sept 30, 2027. The position is in-office, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, reporting to the Vice President of Procurement.

You will maintain repair and inspection reports, coordinate with vendors on warranty work, assist asset tracking, respond to field inquiries, and prepare monthly documentation; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years industry experience or related customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with equipment, a repair shop, or mechanics.
• Ability to build strong relationships with partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed reports on repairs and inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure warranty repairs are followed up and completed properly.
• Assist asset manager with tracking company assets and planning repairs.
• Respond to inquiries from managers with up-to-date information regarding repair status.
• Complete monthly reports and complete other documentation as needed.
• Occasionally operate a forklift.
