Job summary

The Luxury Travel Agency is seeking a Luxury Travel Advisor to join our in-house team in Toronto. You will craft tailor-made itineraries for high-end clients, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and experiences with VIP perks.

Expect to advise on destinations, airlines, and premium brands, secure upgrades and VIP treatment, and manage quotes and confirmations. The role rewards expertise, precision, and a client-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years travel agency experience (luxury experience preferred).
Genuine passion for travel and creating remarkable client experiences.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization.
Calm under deadlines; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience selling Asia and South Pacific a plus.

Responsibilities

Design custom itineraries end-to-end: flights, hotels, transfers, touring, experiences.
Advise clients with authority on destinations, airlines, and top luxury brands.
Secure upgrades, amenities, and VIP treatment through our partner network.
Manage quotes, confirmations, changes, and follow-through.
Collaborate with the in-house team to maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
