Aufgaben

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Support transactions, including M&A, reorganizations and financings.
• Advise on corporate governance, business structures and regulatory compliance.
• Act as outsourced in-house counsel for select clients, which includes attending meetings and guiding business objectives.
• Manage your own files from intake to completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders, and stay current on legislative and industry developments.
