Job summary

Choice Homecare/Healthcare in Ottawa is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to join our community care team. You will provide in-home client care, plan activities with nurse manager, and help deliver high-quality, dignified support in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Personal Support Worker or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in-home across Ottawa with reliable transportation.
• Police vulnerable sectors check completed within the last 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities
