HomeCleans is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to provide in-home care to clients in the Toronto area. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship in a respectful, professional manner.

The ideal candidate has a PSW certificate or relevant experience, strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• Valid PSW certificate or relevant experience.
• Compassionate and patient personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Support clients with meal preparation and basic household tasks
• Assist with medication reminders as directed
• Monitor client comfort and report any concerns
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients and care coordinators
• Follow care plans and company standards
