Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care in Toronto is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to deliver high-quality in-home and facility-based care aligned with care plans and safety standards. You will support seniors, document progress, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with families and care teams.

CPR/First Aid and English/Chinese communication are valued; bilingual ability is helpful.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved Personal Support Worker course in Ontario with respectful, client-centered care.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification is required.
• Registration with Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Applies client-centered approach, respecting client wishes, rights, dignity and needs during in-home support services.
• Provides high quality support per care plan, following regulatory standards and organizational mission.
• Responds promptly to clients’ emergencies and documents conditions accurately.
