Job summary

Regent Christian Online Academy seeks an Education Assistant for in-home support, working part-time in a Victoria home-learning setting. You will assist pre-planned lessons, support therapy follow-up, and collaborate with therapists, teachers, and parents to implement IEP goals.

Experience with diverse learners and a commitment to Christian values are essential. First Aid/CPR is required, and you will join a team dedicated to compassionate, individualized learning.

Qualifications

• EA certification preferred or strong related experience with diverse learners.
• First Aid with CPR/AED required.
• Candidates align with Christian values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-planned lessons and life-skills activities for students with diverse needs.
• Support therapy follow-up and home-learning activities within a home-learning team.
• Collaborate with therapists, home-learning teacher, parents and IEC to support students.
• Maintain documentation and data to inform IEP progress and goals.
