Job summary

Regent Christian Online Academy invites applications for an Education Assistant, In-Home, in Victoria. This part-time, onsite role supports home-learning students with pre-planned lessons, therapy follow-up, and online programming under the guidance of therapists and the Inclusive Education Coordinator.

Applicants should have EA certification or related experience, CPR/First Aid, and a passion for Christ-centred education.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Ability to follow IEPs and adapt materials.
• Willingness to collaborate with therapists, parents and IEC.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-planned lessons and life-skills activities for students.
• Support therapy follow-up and home-learning activities.
• Collaborate with therapists, teachers and IEC to implement IEP goals.
• Prepare lesson materials and adaptations for identified needs.
• Attend IEP meetings and document student progress.
• Maintain logs and data for progress reports.
