Job summary

Flair Airlines Ltd. in Edmonton, AB, is hiring a Manager, In-Flight Operations & Performance to lead the In-Flight team, drive operational performance, and ensure safety and service standards.

This on-site role reports to the Senior Manager and collaborates across OCC, Crew Scheduling, and Airports. The position emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, unionized environment at the Edmonton base.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Aviation Management or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years as Flight Attendant and 2–4 years in in-flight ops or leadership roles.
• Experience with unionized environments and regulatory requirements is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead In-Flight operations & performance for base or region.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and service standards.
• Provide leadership to Supervisors and Flight Attendants; coach and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with OCC, Crew Scheduling, Airports and other stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with Transport Canada regulations and collective agreements.
