Job summary

Flair Airlines Ltd. is seeking a Manager, In-Flight Operations & Performance to lead cabin crew and optimize operational performance at the Edmonton base.

You will drive safety, service excellence, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with OCC, Crew Scheduling, and HR to support day-to-day operations. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across departments to sustain reliability and cost-effective service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading In-Flight or airline ops teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations (CARs/Transport Canada) desired.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day In-Flight operations at the Edmonton base.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans.
• Lead investigations and HR-related activities as required.
• Coordinate with OCC, Crew Scheduling, and Airports for recovery and efficiency improvements.
