TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our Grand Bend branch who can guide customers to the appropriate staff for financial needs, including new accounts, investment advice and banking solutions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and leveraging TD's digital tools to educate clients about mobile, ATM, and online banking, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency in MS Office, branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, and digital education.
• Guide customers to the right contact for banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to boost adoption.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure documentation aligns with regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct.
