Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software
Location: must reside in Canada
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 CAD
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Typical Hours: Monday-Friday; ~45 hours/week
Travel: 1-2 times per year (Internationally, and to US)

Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Responsibilities
• Lead client implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live
• Collaborate with finance, RevOps, and C-suite stakeholders to align business needs
• Configure system settings and integrations, ensuring compliance with business requirements
• Identify client use cases and tailor technical solutions accordingly
• Manage data migration, field mapping, and revenue recognition configurations
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
• Partner with internal teams, including solution architects and product specialists
• Provide support during hypercare to ensure a smooth transition
Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Qualifications
• 2+ years of customized billing/revenue/financial platform implementation experience required
• Experience with different billing models, revenue recognition, or deferred revenue required
• Experience with multiple customer-facing implementations (vs internal deployment) required
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial operations required
• Proficiency with MS Excel is required
• Ability to travel internationally required
