Responsibilities

3. Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing.

Implementation & Training

1. Configure and deploy ERP software to meet client needs.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

1. Investigate, track, and resolve software issues for both on-premises and cloud-hosted applications.
2. Provide timely, professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
3. Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams (Support, Development, TechOps).
4. Document customer issues, update knowledge base articles, and improve support processes.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

1. Work with Account Management to identify opportunities for additional solutions and services.
2. Support product releases by coordinating with Support, TechOps, and Development teams.
3. Provide documented feedback to R&D on bugs, enhancements, and client requests using Harris ERP systems and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

1. 2+ years of experience in customer support, implementation, or a similar client-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of ERP software (local government experience preferred).
3. Technical proficiency in on-premises and cloud-based applications.
4. Experience troubleshooting software and resolving complex functional issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
7. Ability to travel across North America (United States, Canada, and the Caribbean).

What Will Make You Stand Out

1. Experience with CitySuite ERP software or similar solutions.
2. Familiarity with TeamSupport, ClickUp, and Microsoft Teams.
3. Experience working in virtual/cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
4. Familiarity with SQL databases and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
