Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate, Supply Chain (Distribution) at the Mississauga head office for a 1-year contract. You will support Canada Distribution with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery to distribution centers and customers.

The role requires SAP usage, invoicing oversight, and coordination with 3PL partners. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and a solutions-driven mindset, with 3+ years in supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.A./B.SC.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Solutions-minded, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-full distribution to Canadian centers and customers.
• Engage with 3PLs to manage day-to-day distribution execution and issue resolution.
• Process shipments and related paperwork in SAP following established procedures.
• Generate reports and scrub data to support inventory management and KPIs.
