Job summary

Client in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Global Clinical Distribution Lead for a 12-month+ contract. Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite, focusing on end-to-end clinical distribution across 24 depots globally. You will drive on-time delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure GMP-compliant processes.

The role requires 2-4 years in clinical trial logistics or related supply chain areas, plus a degree in business/biotech and certifications like APICS/SCOR or Lean/Six Sigma as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, or Supply Chain
• Degree in Business, Biotechnology or relevant field
• Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean training a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage On-time Delivery Performance for network shipments to meet study requirements
• Engage on Protocol Execution Teams and distribution-related meetings
• Drive resolution of operational and system issues impacting delivery
• Coordinate network depot supply with Clinical Demand and Supply Leader
• Lead cross-functional distribution projects and process improvements
• Ensure accuracy in CLARA system and perform diagnostics
• Operate in GMP-compliant environment and follow quality procedures
• Handle quality incidents, CAPAs, and change events
