Job summary
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking School Nurses to deliver personalized, high‑quality care in the Greater Hamilton Area. Travel to schools and community sites is required, with Monday to Friday shifts.
As a School Nurse, you will be the community's nursing care expert, using training and preceptorship programs to support clients, families, and your professional growth while maintaining the highest standards. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current CNO registration; 1–2 years'
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (CNO).
- Additional certifications (e.g., CNA, LEAP, deSouza) are assets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized high‑quality care to clients in the community.
- Teach and delegate tasks to clients and family members while maintaining high practice standards.
- Focus on care time with efficient scheduling to minimize travel time.
