Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Shift Registered Nurse for overnight homecare in the Hamilton area. Travel to clients' homes with a valid vehicle and license is required. Flexible shifts run overnight, with no on-call or rotations, aligning with your availability.

The role focuses on pediatric care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy/ventilator support, palliative and wound care, and management of chronic diseases. RN licensing and driving eligibility are essential to join Bayshore's nursing team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (CNO).

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric care to clients in their home.
• Administer enteral nutrition via pump or syringe.
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Deliver palliative and wound care.
• Manage chronic diseases and health teaching.
• Support clients with tracheostomy and/or ventilator needs.
