Qualifications

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of retail or trade experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Greet, engage, and thank customers in the department and provide basic service in adjacent departments.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, etc. and how to recommend them.
• Maintain knowledge of all products in department and adjacent departments; keep shelves stocked and clean.
