Sienna Senior Living in Gravenhurst, ON is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for a permanent casual, part-time role. You will provide nursing care per policy, support care plans, and collaborate with the care team to meet residents’ needs.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $29.92–$32.77 under the collective agreement, plus health/dental benefits, SOAR, an employee share purchase plan, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Formación

• Provide nursing care per policy and resident care plans.
• Experience with geriatrics or senior health is an asset.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid permit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy and the plan of care.
• Deliver high-quality nursing and personal care with sound practice.
• Create a welcoming environment through teamwork and communication.
• Oversee resident care and communicate with families.
• Supervise care staff and manage admissions/readmissions.
