Job summary

Fanshawe College seeks a seasoned Program Manager for the School of Community Studies, responsible for planning, developing, and marketing courses and programs with a focus on stakeholder coordination and service delivery.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, you will supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate across college units to meet strategic goals. This in-person role in London, Ontario requires 37.5 hours weekly and a fixed-term commitment through May 31, 2028.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in an academic setting and/or business experience in marketing, sales, or corporate communications.
• Demonstrated marketing ability with excellent problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated administrative background including budget responsibilities and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver programs, including identifying and evaluating courses/programs.
• Support curriculum design and delivery, including enrollment targets and budget data monitoring.
• Marketing partnerships and identifying new target markets for special programming.
