Job summary

Fanshawe College is seeking an Admissions and Registration specialist to manage student admissions, registration, and progression at our London campus. You will process applications for full-time and part-time programs and determine eligibility using college systems and external portals.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in a student service environment. This position offers a hybrid work model and a clear path to contributing to student success

Qualifications

• Post-secondary 2-year diploma with all disciplines considered.
• Minimum 3 years’ progressive office experience in a service area.
• Experience in a student service environment preferred.
• Expert user of Microsoft Office suite; experience using student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Process admission applications for full-time and part-time programs.
• Evaluate documents for program eligibility and validity.
• Rank applicants for highly competitive oversubscribed programs.
• Communicate decisions and provide information to applicants in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed academic records and reports for students.
