Job summary

The Newly Institute is seeking a casual Medical Office Administrator to support our multidisciplinary clinic team in Fredericton, NB. You will handle front-desk and administrative duties, patient scheduling, invoicing, and EMR data entry to ensure smooth clinic operations.

You will contribute to a supportive, inclusive work environment with opportunities for professional development and engagement with a purpose-driven mental health care network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in an office or clinic administration role in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing superior customer service and support.
• Experience in a mental health setting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and support to clients, clinicians, and clinic operations.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and invoicing with funders.
• Maintain and organize client files in EMR and shared drives; prepare required documents.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and communications for the clinic.
• Handle mail, data submissions, and office supply orders.
