The Newly Institute Fredericton Clinic in Fredericton, NB, is hiring a Therapist (Licensed Clinical Therapist or Registered Social Worker) to join our multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on group facilitation and one-to-one therapy for clients with complex mental health conditions, following our rotating therapist model.
You will collaborate with clinicians, maintain session notes, participate in weekly case discussions, and engage in professional supervision.
Status:Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule:Flexible, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Our intensive outpatient programs provide rapid access, rapid resolution, and rapid return to work and healthy lifestyle programs for anxiety, depression, addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and chronic pain.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Therapist (Licensed Clinical Therapist or Registered Social Worker) to join our multi-disciplinary clinical team in Fredericton.
This position will be primarily responsible for group facilitation and providing one-to-one therapy for individuals struggling with complex mental health conditions.
Following our rotational therapist model, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes, while sharing our core values of communication, community, excellence, health, and innovation.
Other responsibilities related to the role and scope of work may be assigned.
