Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting and advising students on complex financial and academic issues.
• Experience advising on financial aid eligibility and promoting financial aid opportunities.
• Ability to manage confidential information and data; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on financial aid/grant opportunities and educational planning.
• Advise on program and course requirements through guided options and consequences.
• Keep informed about university and college policies, supports, and initiatives.
• Provide referrals to campus resources and assist in coordinating student awards events.
