Responsibilities

• Guide retail personal and business clients toward the best savings, investment, and lending products for their goals.
• Identify referral opportunities within ATB to ensure clients access the full suite of services.
• Build lasting client relationships by understanding experience standards and offering tailored, personalized advice.
• Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use and latest digital trends.
