Qualifications

• Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
• Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions.
• Skillfully introduce and educate clients on ATB’s digital banking tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, accurately processing transactions and safeguarding branch assets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
