Qualifications

4–6 years in retail banking or similar industry.
Proven track record of growing a book of business.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, estate planning and complex mortgage products.
PFSA and FP1 Accreditation is required.
Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or related field or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Deepen client relationships with personalized financial planning and sophisticated solutions.
Elevate the client experience by delivering tailored advice for each client.
Collaborate with Wealth and Business teams to provide holistic solutions.
Develop relationship management plans for high-value clients.
Grow the book of business through sales and external networking.
Promote digital tools and omnichannel services to clients.
