Job summary

ATB Financial in Calgary is seeking a Client Service Representative to welcome clients and provide essential banking services with a friendly, consultative approach. You will understand client needs, offer personalized solutions, and connect them with appropriate resources, contributing to positive interactions and trust.

The role is based at the Calgary West Springs branch, with weekend rotating shifts and potential travel to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
Adaptable to change, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Grade 12 graduate (post-secondary business courses an asset) and strong numerical aptitude.
Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and goals, offering tailored solutions.
Introduce and educate clients on digital banking tools and platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues.
Adhere to policies and regulations, processing transactions accurately and maintaining security.
