Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical assistant role or related field.
• Active certification in CNA, MA or Imaging Tech Assistant.
• Knowledge of safety, privacy and HIPAA regulations in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient communication to ensure a compassionate, high‑quality experience.
• Assist technologists and radiologists during biopsies and complex procedures, including IV placement.
• Label specimens accurately, coordinate with the lab, and review aftercare instructions with patients.
• Contact patients to confirm appointments and perform prescreening for readiness.
• Record vital signs and update medical records; prepare patients and exam rooms.
• Maintain sterile environments and stock supplies for exams or procedures.
• Retrieve prior imaging studies to ensure complete history for interpretation.
• Communicate with referring offices to relay reports or coordinate needs.
