JOB PURPOSE:
Your role is to galvanize the organization—headquarters, factories, logistics, and partners—to maintain vigilance over controls and take appropriate actions to protect our business. You will promote stewardship and elevate this message across the organization.
As Ice Cream focuses on accelerating growth and profitability, your role is key to ensuring success, protecting assets, and maintaining our reputation. You will establish and maintain a governance model for company policies and procedures, applying risk and control concepts to new and existing business models, communicating findings to leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design risk-reduction workflows.
The role reports directly to the America’s Finance Senior Manager Controls and Compliance, providing visibility, assurance, and guidance on risk management, audits, and value protection.

Pay: Range from $84,000 to $126,000, based on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
