You will establish and maintain a governance model for company policies and procedures, applying risk and control concepts to new and existing business models, communicating findings to leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design risk-reduction workflows.

The role reports directly to the America’s Finance Senior Manager Controls and Compliance, providing visibility, assurance, and guidance on risk management, audits, and value protection.

  2. Lead local change management for updates to documentation, processes, and ways of working.
  3. Maintain a strong governance process to ensure all policies and procedures are current.
  4. Understand supply chain finance activities related to controls to guide testing processes.
  5. Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, working closely with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain finance teams.
  6. Assist with internal financial control assessments, audits, track findings, develop action plans, and follow up on remediation.
  7. Support innovation and transition projects by reviewing process designs and performing control impact assessments.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Understanding of various business functions and their interconnections.
  • Expertise in SOX compliance, auditing, and risk management.
  • Experience in designing, controlling, and evaluating business operations for effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure accountability.
  • Effective communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Over 3 years of experience in finance, especially in risk, controls, and compliance roles.
