Your role is to galvanize the organization—including headquarters, factories, logistics, and partner ecosystems—to be vigilant about controls and to take proper actions to protect our business. You will establish and maintain a strong governance model for company policies and procedures, applying risk and control concepts to new and existing business models, communicating findings to leadership, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design workflows supporting risk reduction.
The role reports directly to the America’s Finance Senior Manager Controls and Compliance, providing visibility, assurance, and guidance on business risk management, audits, and value protection.
You are responsible for delivering high standards, resilient, and able to lead others through uncertainty, creating opportunities. Flexibility in style and plans to guide others during challenging times is essential.

Pay ranges from $84,000 to $126,000, based on skills, experience, and organizational needs. The position is bonus eligible. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, parental leave, paid vacation, holidays, and voluntary benefits.
