The I&T Service Delivery Co-Op student will join the I&T Service Delivery team in their oversight of fundamental ITIL Service Management (ITSM) Processes such as Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management as well as their journey to encourage development and automation to improve our user experience. As a member of this team, you will gain exposure to these IT functions from a process and governance perspective.

Salary: Co-Op IT, Computer Science (CUPE 2026 rates) $24.82 - $26.33 - $29.40 - $31.58
This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
