A leading engineering firm is seeking an Engineering Designer for the Instrumentation and Control Group in Toronto. The role involves assisting in the design and implementation of control systems for major water/wastewater projects. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Graduation by May 2026 required.
• Valid driver’s license required for site inspections.
• Experience in PLC and SCADA systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing design reports and diagrams for major projects.
• Develop Process Control Narratives with a multi-discipline team.
• Perform Contract Administration and Site Inspections.

Skills

Knowledge of Water and Wastewater treatment control systems

Superior English communication skills

Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
