Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Construction and Commissioning to oversee field operations, mobilization, and site execution across Canada.

This role requires ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met through strong leadership and proactive collaboration with project teams. The candidate should have hydroelectric project experience, English and French proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 25% within Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management for construction or commissioning projects.
• Fluent in English and French for communications with teams and clients.
• Availability to travel within Canada and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilization planning and resource loading.
• Oversee site safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Project Director and site teams.
• Manage subcontractor packages (piping, electrical, etc.).
• Track progress, prepare reports, and forecast costs.
• Lead demobilization and lessons learned.
