Job summary

Partner Company in Canada is seeking a Site Construction Planner for hydropower projects in Québec. The role focuses on detailed, resource-loaded scheduling, coordination with site teams and subcontractors, and leading lookahead planning to ensure project alignment and on-time execution.

You will monitor progress, risks, and variances, develop recovery actions, and prepare reports for management and customers, while traveling extensively to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of on-site construction planning experience for industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and resource management.
• Ability to read drawings and understand M/E/P interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules.
• Coordinate planning with site teams and subcontractors.
• Lead lookahead planning and Last Planner System.
• Monitor progress, risks, and schedule performance.
• Prepare schedule reports and recovery plans.
