Job summary

Save the Children Canada is seeking a Website Coordinator to manage, maintain, and optimize the website. You will ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with goals while collaborating with brand, communications, fundraising, IT, operations, and external vendors for an exceptional user experience and digital campaigns.

The role requires 1–3 years of website/digital content experience and familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager, plus SEO and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing websites or digital content.
• Experience in International Development, NGO/INGO, or not-for-profit is preferred.
• Experience with CMS platforms: WordPress, Drupal, AEM, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content using a CMS.
• Create, edit, publish web pages and multimedia content.
• Ensure content is accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on content and campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and support CRO initiatives and SEO improvements.
