Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on qualitative and quantitative research from start to finish.
• Master-level degree in social science, human factors, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a similar UX research leadership role or equivalent.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods; ability to combine methods.
• Proficiency with QDA or similar tools; experience with survey platforms.
• Strong research planning, execution, and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, R&D, and sales teams.
• Analytical thinking with ability to select appropriate methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with research repositories or knowledge management systems.
• Knowledge of scaling research processes (Research Ops).

Responsibilities

• Design, lead and conduct user research initiatives for concept to launch across products and platforms.
• Design mixed methods research combining qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Manage UX researchers, coach them and review their work.
• Define scope and staffing for research projects; allocate resources.
• Coordinate recruitment, identify participant groups, schedule sessions.
• Proactively align research with Innovation Group goals and portfolio decisions.
