Job summary

Orangutech is seeking a Business Transformation Architect Level 3 (UX Designer/Researcher) to support Transport Canada’s digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will lead user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. They will collaborate with Agile teams and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement combining on-site and remote work, with a contract period lasting until March 2029, including an option to extend. Candidates must have proven experience in relevant projects and strong technical competencies.

Qualifications

Experience as a B.7 Business Transformation Architect, Level 3 with at least two project examples from the last seven years.
Develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes aligned with user needs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct usability testing, producing detailed reports highlighting areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

Support digital transformation of Transport Canada’s marine safety and security applications.
Lead user research, UX/UI design, and provide technical guidance.
Participate in Agile delivery teams and ceremonies.
