Job summary

Colliers is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our brokerage team in client relationship management, transaction management, and portfolio analysis. You will contribute to financial analyses and lease reviews to drive decisions.

You will collaborate with senior brokers, manage client communications, and support RFPs while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is based in Etobicoke, ON.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transaction management/coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related.
• Valid real estate license.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client relationship management as the main Colliers contact for clients.
• Manage lease transactions/tenant representations with support from senior brokers.
• Perform comprehensive lease analyses and summarize findings to influence decisions.
• Complete cash flow analyses using Excel and related tools.
• Review, negotiate and explain terms of commercial real estate lease agreements.
• Support RFPs and proposal responses related to the transaction management process.
