Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Brokerage Project Specialist in Toronto for a hybrid role (4 days on site, Etobicoke office). You will deliver sales support, manage transactions, maintain databases, and collaborate with Marketing to prepare proposals and presentations.

Candidates need 2+ years in sales or admin, proficiency in MS Office and InDesign, and strong communication. Real estate experience is a plus. Salary range is CAD 48,112 to 75,000 per year; includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Adobe InDesign experience required.
• Commercial real estate experience is an asset.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team’s transactions, track dates, and regularly update clients and colleagues.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.
• Create/format proposals and presentations with Colliers Marketing to help curate team marketing collateral.
• Attend local business events, network, and participate in client meetings.
• Process executed lease/amendment paperwork, create vouchers, collect pertinent documentation, and manage related tasks.

About you

As a Brokerage Project Specialist, you are experienced professional looking to take the next step of your career in commercial real estate! Your background includes delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients. In this position, you will be supporting marketing, operational duties and transactional management with a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit – which means YOU will be an integral part of the team’s success.

In this role, you will…

• Help oversee the team’s transactions, tracking critical dates and regularly updating clients and colleagues
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
• Create/format proposals and presentations, collaborating with Colliers Marketing to help curate team marketing collateral
• Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings
• Process executed lease/amendment paperwork, create vouchers, collect pertinent documentation, sending tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, print tour books, schedule tenant tours, etc.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate, sales, legal, architectural, construction or related)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience required
• Commercial real estate experience is an asset
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $48,112/year - $75,000/year

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
